Sayre is a graduate of Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine and received her Bachelors Degree in Health Science from Philadelphia University. She is also a certified Usui Shiki Ryoho reiki master. She knew she was going to be in medicine her whole life from watching her mother change so many lives as a midwife but watched her succumb to cancer with conventional treatment. She has had opportunities providing healthcare in rural communities around the world which solidified her belief in natural medicine. It was during those experiences she learned the importance of balancing the natural world with medicine, educating her patients, and being a guide on the journey to healing in a sustainable way. She believes in the concept of connecting healthcare and community in order to achieve optimal health. She achieves this by treating the whole person, preventing dis-ease, meeting the person where they are at, and connecting the mind with body. When she is not in the office she enjoys hiking with her dogs, camping, yoga, kayaking, and rock climbing.
